Allerton is a suburb of Liverpool, England.
It lies about 3 miles south east of the city centre. It has a number of large houses in the prestigious Calderstones Park area, with Victorian working class terraces around the shopping area of Allerton Road. There are 2 secondary schools, New Hays and Calderstones. Allerton railway station is actually in nearby Garston: Mossley Hill and West Allerton are closer to Allerton itself.
