Bart Berman (born December 29, 1938) is an internationally active concert pianist, best known as an interpreter of Franz Schubert and contemporary music. As a soloist, he was awarded the first prize in the Gaudeamus Competition for interpreters of contemporary music and received the Friends of the Concertgebouw Award.
Bart Berman has composed many original works, cadenzas, completions of unfinished compositions (notably Schubert's piano sonatas) and second piano parts to be played alongside original compositions by Muzio Clementi and others.
