Blackburn is a town in Lancashire, England, with a population of about 100,000. It is administered by the Blackburn with Darwen Unitary Authority, which is presently controlled by the Labour Party. It sends one MP to Westminster, who is the Foreign Secretary, Jack Straw.
It is known for its Premier League football side, Blackburn Rovers.
Blackburn is also a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
