Brandy Alexander

Brandy Alexander is a sweet brandy-based cocktail popular during the early 20th century.

Recipe:

• 1.5 oz brandy
• 1 oz Dark Creme de Cacao
• 1 oz half and half (or vanilla ice cream)
• 1/4 teaspoon powdered nutmeg

In a shaker half filled with ice cubes, add the Brandy, the half and half and the Creme de Cacao. Shake well. Pour into coctail glass. Garnish with the grated nutmeg.
