Buster was a long-running British comic book (1960 - 1999) which carried a mixture of humour and adventure strips. The title character, whose strip appeared on the front cover, was Buster Capp, who was assumed to be a long-lost son or possibly nephew of Andy Capp and wore a similar flat cap to reinforce the connection.
