The Chamber of Deputies is the name given to the lower house of the bicameral legislatures of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Italy, and Paraguay, and to the unicameral parliament of Luxembourg. It was also the lower house of parliament in the French Third Republic.
Other names for a lower house include House of Commons, House of Representatives, National Assembly.
