Chevelle is a rock band from Chicago consisting of several brothers by the surname Loeffler. Pete Loeffler is the guitarist and lead singer, Sam Loeffler is the drummer, and Joe Loeffler is the bassist. They formed in 1995 and broke out in 2002 with their signature song "The Red".
