Chibi-Chibi is a character in the Sailor Moon series., This cute red-haired odango makes her first appearance in Sailor Stars. She met Tsukino_Usagi one day when she was chasing her umbrella. The Sailor Senshi had no idea who she was, and many of them thought that Chibi-Chibi is Usagi second daughter from the future. She transform to Sailor Chibi-Chibi when Eternal Sailor Moon touches her with the tiara. Chibi-Chibi's past and where she came from was finally reveal in the battle against Galaxia.
