Children of Iluvatar

In Tolkien's fiction, The Children of Eru Iluvatar refers to Elves and Men.

Elves are also named the Quendi (those who speak) and the Firstborn. They are divided into many divisions.

Men are also named the Afterborn, the Firimar (the mortals), the Engwar (the sickly), and the Followers.
