Geography
\nAccording to the U.S. Census Bureau, the county has a total area of 314
km² (121
mi²). 313 km² (121 mi²) of it is land and 1 km² (0 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 0.40% water.

2000, there are 101,489 people, 39,706 households, and 19,694 families residing in the county. The
