Cleffa

Cleffa is pokemon # 173, a small, extremely cute pokemon that can be found only in Pokemon: Gold and Silver. It can be hatched from an egg from a Clefairy or Clefable. It begins with Pound and Charm, gets Encore at Level 4, Sing at Level 8, and Sweet Kiss at 13. It will evolve into Clefairy if you treat it kindly.

Cleffa's Japanese name, Pii, is related to the word little, and at only a foot tall, Cleffa lives up to its name.
