Die Trying is a nü metal band, formed in 2001 with four members.
They signed a contract to Island Records in 2002 and worked on their first album in November and released it on June 10, 2003 with their first single called "Oxygen's Gone" from their self-titled debut.
The member Jacoby Shaddix of Papa Roach appears on "Conquer The World" from the first album.
