Donaghadee is a town in County Down, Northern Ireland. The fishing port lies on the Ards Peninsula about five miles south east of Bangor. Boats sail from the town to the Copeland Islands. Mountjoy Castle, dating from 1602 lies on the shore of Lough Neagh, nearby.
