Douglas Martin Hogg, 3rd Viscount Hailsham (born February 2, 1945) is a British politician and barrister. He is Conservative member of Parliament for Sleaford and North Hykeham.
He served as Secretary of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food from 1995 to 1997, during the BSE crisis. He is the son of Lord Hailsham, a former Lord Chancellor.
