Dr. Claw

Dr. Claw is the villain in the series Inspector Gadget, an unseen character who is identified by the back of a chair with the MAD logo imprinted on it, and a low, ominous voice. His face is only revealed in non-canon sources, with the appearance of an old professor with white hair.
