Drawn butter is a sauce made of butter, flour, and water, typically served with lobster or crab.

Ingrediants

1 cup water
2 teaspoons flour
2 ounces unsalted butter

Procedure

Bring the water to a boil. Mix the flour and butter together until they are perfectly smooth. Stir this into the boiling water, and add salt to taste.
