Earl of Dunmore

The title
Earl of Dunmore was granted in 1686 to the Lord Charles Murray, son of John Murray, 1st Marquess of Atholl. The earldom is in the
Peerage of Scotland, as are two associated subsidiary titles, namely,
Viscount of Fincastle and
Lord Murray of Blair, Moulin and Tillimet. Furthermore, the Earldom is associated with the title
Baron Dunmore, created in the
Peerage of the United Kingdom in 1831 for the fifth Earl.
