The title of Earl of Wilton was created in the Peerage of the United Kingdom in 1801.

The Earl bears the subsidiary titles of Viscount Grey de Wilton (1801) in the Peerage of the UK and Baron Grey de Wilton (1784) in the Peerage of Great Britain.
