East Coast Main Line

The East Coast Main Line (ECML) is a major railway line in the United Kingdom which links London to Edinburgh, via Peterborough, Grantham, Doncaster, York, Newcastle-upon-Tyne and Berwick-upon-Tweed.

The line begins at Kings Cross station in London, and was electrified in the late 1980s.
