Eugène Bellemare (born April 6, 1932) in Ottawa.
A Canadian politician, Bellemare is currently a member of the Liberal Party of Canada in the Canadian House of Commons, representing the riding of Ottawa--Orléans since 2000 and Carleton--Gloucester from 1988 to 2000. Bellemare is a former administrator and teacher. Bellemare is a former Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for International Cooperation.
