Filoviridae

Filoviruses are viruses belonging to the family Filoviridie, which is in the order Mononegavirales. Viruses in this taxon are single stranded RNA viruses that target vertebrates. The Ebola Virus and Marburg Virus are both classified as members of this taxon.
