Francisco de Bobadilla

Francisco de Bobadilla is the guy that was paid by King Ferdinand to follow Columbus to Espanola. Bobadillo stopped most of the man-slaughter that was going on by Columbus' orders and then took Colombus back to the home land in chains. He went back again, though to help with something but he didnt make it back home again because his ship sank and he died.
