The administrative district Frogner of the city of Oslo, Norway has 45,169 inhabitants as of January 1, 2004, and covers an area of 8.3 km². In addition to Frogner, the district incorporates Bygdøy, Uranienborg and Majorstuen.

The district became part of the city of Oslo (then Christiania) in 1878.

Frognerparken, including the Vigeland Sculpture Park, is located in this district.
