Kevin Michael Allin (known as GG Allin) (born 29 August 1956, died 28 June 1993) was a punk rock performance artist. He fronted many bands throughout his career and has a large discography consisting of numerous out of print vinyl records and casette tapes as well as many rare compact discs. He appeared on episodes of Geraldo and The Jerry Springer Show. He was arrested many times throughout his 15 year career for his wild stage antics.
He would often perform naked and regular stage antics included attacking audience and band members, defecating, urinating, throwing feces at his audience, and self mutilation. It is rumoured that he once raped a female audience member and has bragged of taking a woman hostage with a knife live onstage. He promised throughout his career that he would commit suicide onstage on Halloween. He put this off many times throughout his career and died of heroin overdose on 28 June 1993.
