Givenchy-en-Gohelle is a city in northern France, in the département of Pas-de-Calais. It belongs to the agglomeration of Lens-Liévin which gathers 36 communes, with 250,000 inhabitants. Givenchy-en-Gohelle is part of arrondissement of Arras.

Population (1999): 2,093 inhabitants.

It is on its territory that is the most significant Canadian monument with the victims of First World War, on the site of the battle of the Peak of Vimy.

The commune of Givenchy-in-Gohelle also presents the characteristic to have planted grapes (chardonnay and pinot gray). The first grape harvest took place in 2000.
