Goh Kun (born 1939) is the Prime Minister of South Korea for the Millennium Democratic Party. He was a minister during the 1980s, and then Mayor of Seoul from 1988 to 1990. He was Prime Minister from 1997 to 1998, and mayor of Seoul again the next year. His most recent term as Prime Minister started in 2003.
