Hartington is a village in the Derbyshire Peak District, England, lying on the River Dove. Formerly the site of a market, notable buildings in the village include the market hall, the thirteenth century parish church and seventeenth century Hartington Hall.

The village is now known for cheese-making and has a youth hostel.
