Heumen (population: 16,609) is a town in the eastern Netherlands, in the province of Gelderland. The municipality covers an area of 41.50 km² (of which 1.59 km² water).\n \rThe municipality of Heumen also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Blankenberg, De Schatkuil, Ewijk, Heide, Malden, Molenhoek, Molenhoek, Nederasselt, Overasselt, Schoonenburg, Sleeburg, Valenberg, Vogelenzang, Vosseneind, Worsum.\n \r
