Horsea

A seahorse Pokémon. Horsea resembles a blue seahorse. It is water type and Horsea's Pokémon number is 116. In the cartoon Misty has a Horsea which she uses as one of her main fighters. They say Horsea is noble and is supposed to be like a princess horse. Because of this they use her to try to get Snorlax to wake up. Horsea evolves into Seadra.
