Instantaneously trained neural networks

Probably the best known example of an instant-training network is the Willshaw network, and its descendant the ADAM network (Advanced Distibuted Associative Memory). These are both associative networks, see this link for some details: http://www.cs.stir.ac.uk/~bpg/research/AM.html , or look up Jim Austin at York University, UK, who developed the ADAM architecture.
