Jaycees

The Junior Chamber of Commerce or Jaycees is an organization aimed at individuals aged 21 to 39 to help them in business and their professional careers. The US Jaycees was founded in 1920 in Saint Louis, Missouri. In addition to its career building, it also has a service aspect, raising money for charities and doing volunteer work. There are international chapters, organized as Junior Chamber International.
