Joe McGuire

The Honourable Joseph Blair "Joe" McGuire is a Canadian politician. He is a Member of Parliament representing the Liberals in the House of Commons for the riding of Edgmont, Prince Edward Island. He is also the Minister for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency, since 1993, in the 37th Parliament of Canada of Prime Minister Paul Martin.
