Kaspar Villiger (pronounced Caspar Veeleeger, born February 5, 1941) is a Swiss industrialist and politician.
He was elected to the Swiss Federal Council on February 1, 1989. He is affiliated to the Free Democratic Party. During his office time he has held the following departments:
- Federal Department of Defence; Federal Military Department (1989 - 1995)
- Federal Department of Finance (1996 - 2003)
In September 2003, he resigned for December 31, 2003.
