Kau Sai Chau (滘西洲) is an island located off the coast of Sai Kung, Hong Kong.
The large island is the location for the Jockey Club Kau Sai Chau Public Golf Course (賽馬會滘西洲公眾高爾夫球場), developed and run by the Hong Kong Jockey Club.
A prehistoric stone carving can also be found.
