Kingsley Shacklebolt is a member of the Order of the Phoenix in the Harry Potter series of books. He is African, tall, and wears a golden ear ring.
Kingsley Shacklebolt is an Auror who works for the Ministry of Magic, as double agent for the Order. He is in charge of the search for Sirius Black in the Ministry, and has been feeding the Ministry informtaion that Sirius is in Tibet. Kingsley Shacklebolt knew James Potter, though it is never stated if Kingsley was part of the original Order of the Phoenix. He is first introduced in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
