Kuwait City

Kuwait City (also Al-Kuwait), population 150,100 (1991), is the capital of the emirate of Kuwait. The capital's port, Mina al-Ahmad, is a trade center with shipyards and oil refineries.

Kuwait City is served by Kuwait International Airport.
