Liquid Democracy
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Liquid democracy is a combination of representative democracy and direct democracy in which every person can vote directly for the laws, but they can also, if they wish, transfer their vote to a proxy who may make the decisions of specific issues for them. It can be considered a sort of participatory democracy and semi-direct democracy. No government yet uses this method.
