This page is for notable Judicial Committee of the Privy Council and House of Lords legal cases. The Privy Council cases before 1949 that were appeals from the Supreme Court of Canada or any of the Court of Appeals of the provinces are binding precedent in Canada (even today, unless they have been overruled by the Supreme Court of Canada). Generally significant cases

Canadian Constitutional law cases:
