Lone Star was a brand of Die Cast Toys available in the UK. They made a range of very small railway track and rolling stock. The engines were not powered.
They also made toy guns.
Lone Star is also a brand of beer sold in Texas. Many refer to Texas as The Lone Star state, as that is the state's official nickname.
Lone Star is also the name of an award winning country music band.
