Ludwig Von Koopa is a fictional character from The Mario Universe. He is the oldest of King Bowser"s children. He first appeared in Super Mario Bros 3 as the boss of World 7. He also appeared in Super Mario World, Mario is Missing and Yoshi's Safari. In the cartoon series He was named Kooky.
