Lutopan is a hilly town between Cebu City and Toledo City, Philippines. This town was once before progressive, but due to the closure of the copper mine, it has declined drastically. Nevertheless, skilled workers coming from the mine have find ways to find a job, some went abroad thus making life for them better, some went to Cebu City.
