Lyonpo Jigme Thinley

Lyonpo Jigme Yoser Thinley (born 1952) is the Chairman of the Council of Ministers and Head of the Government of Bhutan.

He has held this office twice - once from 20 July 1998 to 9 July 1999 and currently from 30 August 2003.
