Marc Bélanger

Marc Bélanger is the Liberal Party of Canada candidate for the Canadian federal election, 2004 in the riding of Matapédia--Matane. He also ran for the liberal's in the Canadian federal election, 2000 in the same riding, but lost to Jean-Yves Roy of the Bloc Québécois.
