Metal Health was the breakthrough album for the American hair metal band Quiet Riot. It was released in 1983 (see 1983 in music), bolstered by a #1 first single, "Cum on Feel the Noize" (Slade cover). Metal Health was the first heavy metal album to hit #1 on the Billboard Music Charts pop albums list.
