Metroid Prime 2 could be either
a) Prime's sequel (whole new storyline)
b) The return of the Metroid Prime, (not a sequel, but more of a follow-up), and the Prime takes the form of the Phazon suit and becomes sort of an SA-X or something like that
c)or it could be a Chozo-related game. as seen in the E3 trailer, *something* could have corrupted the Chozo spirits on either Tallon IV, or a whole new land. The landscaping seen in the trailer looks surprisingly like Tallon's Chozo Ruins, mixed with a bit of Phendrana (sounds like a cookbook recipe)...
