Mihail Kogălniceanu

Mihail Kogălniceanu (September 6, 1817, Iasi - July 1, 1891, Paris) was a Romanian statesman, historian and publicist, he became the first Prime minister of Romania after the union of Moldavian and Wallachian principalities.
