Minister of Health Canada: Pierre Pettigrew member of Cabinet of Canada (2003-) in the first Paul Martin Ministry. Assisted by Minister of state Carolyn Bennett (Public Health) (a priority in the wake of SARS & BSE and in anticipation of pandemic influenza like the Spanish Flu and Minister of state (Development of Drug Agency) to improve regulation of pharmaceuticals.
