Moritz Leuenberger (born September 21, 1946) is a Swiss politician.
He was elected to the Swiss Federal Council on September 27, 1995. He is affiliated to the Social Democratic Party (SPS/PSS). During his office time he has held the Federal Department of Transport, Communications and Energy.
He has been President of the Confederation in 2001.
