Mundialization
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.

Mundialization is the movement towards repetitive, mundane work, especially among the lower classes of society. Many opponents of globalization see mundialization as one of its primary effects; they argue that the increasing drive for efficiency and spread of enormous trans-national corporations treats lower-level employees as automatons and leaves them little freedom in their jobs.
