Naoto Ohshima (also Oshima) is a Japanese national and former SEGA employee that was the character designer of Sonic the Hedgehog and Doctor Eggman.
He was also responsible for making NiGHTS into Dreams, a popular Sega Saturn game.
After leaving Sonic Team, he joined a company called Artoon.
